Series Production
Operating a 2-shift system, we manufacture a range of products for our customers. Our Press Shop, Roller Bending, Polishing and Assembly cells are supported with a Paint Facility, Lasers and CNC machines, with output from 5 to 5000 parts per week.
Prototype
With our extensive Tool Room services and Flexible Manufacturing Cells, we can support Show Vehicle builds, limited Prototype build quantities or Pre-Series requirements. From small components to sub assembly work through to complete vehicles.
Development
We can provide Specialist Engineering to support Product Development with CAD , CAE and Design for Manufacturing expertise. Our extensive knowledge can bring significant contribution to the early development phases of programmes.
